Abstract submission
Abstracts should be submitted both in English and in the language of presentation if these are different. Please send a 350-400-word abstract with a brief biographical note (max. 150 words) through the webform available on the conference site, by 30 March 30 April 2019. Notification of acceptance will be sent out by 30 April 30 May 2018. Your submission must be separated into the two pages indicated below (cover page + abstract) to guarantee full anonymity during the reviewing process. Note that a template for posters will be provided by the conference organisers. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Book of Abstracts. Please use the template below to submit your abstract.

Posters
Posters (A1, 594mm x 841mm) are welcome and authors will have presentation times specified in the conference program for discussion (session WTT: We Talk Together).
Oral presentations
20-minute oral presentations will be followed by 10 minutes for Q&A. Standard equipment with Internet will be provided. Please let us know if any other equipment is needed, especially if you require sound.
Publication opportunities
Authors will be invited to submit full papers (deadline 31 January 2020) to be published in a special journal issue or edited book. The acceptance of a paper for conference presentation does not guarantee subsequent acceptance for publication. The final decision on publication lies with the organizing and scientific committee.
